So Easy my 4 year old can do it!

Whenever I need a Back up Document I will create a Client Request in Quickbooks.
This will have a Due Date and other pertinent information and will pop up as a message in the My Accountant section and will also send an email.
This will ALSO include an area to upload the needed documents.

pro tip: make a bank statement work flow that scans your statements into a folder dedicated to statements.
